Drunk driving
LOCK HAVEN - Jeffery Lee Berry, 48, of 6 Merlyn Drive, Mill Hall, was arrested for driving while intoxicated Friday at 10:50 p.m., along the 200 block of Bellefonte Avenue, city police said.
Police said a witness spotted Berry consuming beer in his vehicle and contacted authorities. Berry was stopped and was found to be under the influence of alcohol, police said.
Minor drinking
LOCK HAVEN - Matthew Anon, 20, of 651 E. Bald Eagle St., was cited for underage drinking Monday, city police said.
Police said Anon was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped, and was found to be intoxicated.
