WILLIAMSPORT - Mericle Commercial Real Estate Services has welcomed Mike Adams to its brokerage team. He has joined Mericle's Williamsport office serving commercial clients in the central and northcentral Pennsylvania regions.
Adams has held various positions in the fields of real estate, economic development and government. Prior to joining Mericle, Mike served as the director of Real Estate for the Department of General Services. Through that position he represented the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in multiple large scale lease transactions, land acquisitions and property sale transactions.
Adams also served as the vice president for a general contractor in central Pennsylvania. During his tenure there, Mike appeared before various state, local and county boards to obtain permits and approvals for client land development projects.

Mike graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in Accounting. In 1999 he obtained designation as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), from the Institute of Real Estate Management. In addition, Adams serves on the Next Century Board of Directors and is a junior high football coach for Selinsgrove Area School District.
