LOCK HAVEN - City Police Chief Skip Hocker said the investigation into the overdose of Robert Wise III is continuing and "likely will be for some time."
"We have talked to all people who were there the night this happened," he said.
Hocker said an autopsy involves all kinds of tests... some last up to four to six weeks.
"Once that is done, then we will proceed with our investigation," he said. "But it will not be a speedy process.
"And even then, once they have done all of that, then the D.A. and everyone else will become involved."
