Car in creek

MACKEYVILLE - A Mill Hall teen suffered minor injuries after he car went off the Mackeyville Road and into Fishing Creek at 12:21 p.m. Monday, Tpr. Shane M. Buffone of state police at Lamar said. Brooke Moore, 19, was driving a 1996 Buick Regal toward Lamar on Mackeyville Road when she failed to negotiate a right run, police said. He car then traveled off the left side of the road into Fishing Creek, coming to rest in the creek, police said. Moore was unconscious behind the wheel when police arrived. She was then extracted through the back window, police said. Police were assisted by the Goodwill EMS and Lamar Township Fire Company.

Disorderly conduct

LOCK HAVEN - Four people were charged with harassment after a fight at 4 N. Henderson St., Saturday between 10:27 and 10:51 p.m., city police said. Amanda Compton, 34, of 4 N. Henderson St.; Roberta Wyland, 47, of 4 N. Henderson St.; Michael Harris, 26, of 228 Kennedy Ave., Mill Hall; and Ashley Ruggiers, 26, of 228 Kennedy Ave., Mill Hall, were involved in several fights at 4 N. Henderson St., police said. Compton was charged with the additional count of disorderly conduct, police said.

Public urination

LOCK HAVEN - Amy Jo Mincer, 31, of 469 1/2 S. Jones St., is charged with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct after she was found urinating on the steps of a building at 216 E. Main St. at 12:06 a.m. Saturday, city police said. She was also allegedly found to be highly intoxicated, police said.

Three-car crash

LOCK HAVEN - One car had to be towed after a three-car crash Friday at 7:01 p.m., city police said. Jerry Yost, was driving his Kia Rio LX on North Jones Street when he turned onto Copper Alley and he ran into a parked 2000 Chevy Silverado truck owned by Jordan Sheffer, and a 2001 Chevy Express van owned by the Lock Haven Mennonite Church, police said. Yost's vehicle had to be towed from the scene, police said. The other two vehicles had minor damage.

Window broken

LOCK HAVEN - An unidentified 40-year-old person reported to city police someone broke out the passenger side window of his vehicle while it was parked in the 200 block of East Main Street sometime between 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Damage is estimated at $200, police said.

Anyone with information is asked to contact city police.

Harassment

LOCK HAVEN - Treston Harris, 26, and Kinsie Harris, 31, were both cited for harassment after being involved in a physical dispute at 2:20 a.m. Sunday at 500 Linden St., city police said.

Prescription meds stolen

LOCK HAVEN - Someone stole a bottle of prescription medication from either a parked vehicle or the living room at 16 Williamson Heights sometime between 7:30 p.m. on Saturday and 4:30 p.m. Sunday, city police said.

Eggs thrown at vehicle

LOCK HAVEN - An unidentified victim reported to city police someone threw eggs on his rental vehicle overnight Thursday.

Purse lost

LOCK HAVEN - A purse with a brown, leather checkbook, cards and cash was lost at Weis Market at around 11 a.m. on Friday, city police said. Anyone with information is asked to contact city police.

Barking dogs

LOCK HAVEN - Dawn R. Daniels, 36, of 201 Linden St., was cited for allowing her dogs to frequently bark and disturb her neighbors Friday at 5:49 a.m., city police said.

Bikes stolen

LOCK HAVEN - Someone stole a white and pink ladies' bike and a white boys' bike with green pegs from 322 Logan St. sometime between May 19 and 21, city police said.

Flower pot flipped

LOCK HAVEN - An unknown person flipped a flower pot upside down in front of 171 N. Fairview St. sometime between 9 p.m. Saturday and 10:16 a.m., Sunday, city police said. Damage is estimated at $10, police said.

Retail theft

MILL HALL - Travis L. Bliler, 26, and Kayla M. Dunlap, 20, both of Linden, are charged with retail theft after they allegedly concealed merchandise valued at $40 in a black and white bag at Wal-Mart, Bald Eagle Township, Sunday at 6:30 p.m., Tpr. Michael J. Flook of state police at Lamar said. They then allegedly tried to leave the store without paying for the merchandise, police said.
