Special Delivery

The Express
A special American flag is flying at Lock Haven Catholic School, thanks to the father of two students. The flag arrived last week ... a package from U.S. Army SSG Douglas Coakley. Coakley, serving with the 1/34 Brigade Special Troops Battalion in Kuwait, is the father of Douglas and Ethan Coakley, students at the elementary school. The flag was flown over Camp Arifjan, Kuwait on March 9 in honor of the school. Helping raise the flag on the pole outside the school are, in back, Lizzie Bottorf and Igor Bittner and in front, Alex Coakley, Ethan Coakley and Douglas Coakley, sons of SSG Coakley.
