LOCK HAVEN - Security and safety - Be they electronic, computerized, mechanical or automatic - were the major topics of discussion at this morning's work session of the Clinton County commissioners.
The spark that led to the examination was a lightning strike that occurred Friday evening, one that sent the Clinton County Garden Building's security system into a downward spiral.
