Jeanne Marion Frazier, 84, passed away on Sept. 19, 2010.

She is survived by two sons, Scott Holiday (and his wife Debbie) of Land O'Lakes, and Shawn Holiday (and his wife Kathy) of Fort Myers; and four grandchildren, Summer, Zach, Reese and Brian; and sister Catherine Louise Frazier, of Temple Hills, Md.

Genie was born in Lamar, Pa., on Oct. 28, 1925. She graduated from Lock Haven High School, worked at Piper Aircraft, Western Union, and attended John Powers Modeling School, Hunter College, Edison College and Manatee College.

She was an accountant, administrator, concierge, copywriter, model, secretary for Johnny Carson's office, security guard and writer.

She volunteered 10,000 hours for causes such as Alzheimers, arts, foster kids, the homeless, hospitals, libraries, schools, Senior Olympics, Cub Scouts, parks, police, and theaters.

She was an artist, costume designer, gardener, and photographer, as well as active in sports, like bowling, camping, skiing and tennis.

Travelling the world with a delightful and funny "Genie" spirit, she had a strong will to overcome adversity and give joy in her long, productive life.

A funeral service will be held at Rest Haven Memorial Park in Lock Haven, Pa. today at 2 p.m.
