MACKEYVILLE - A woman was seriously injured in a one-vehicle accident at around 11:30 a.m. today. The woman was driving her black Mitsubishi Lancer on Mackeyville Road, from Cedar Springs toward Mackeyville, when she lost control of her car, crossed the road and hit a tree in the drivers side door in front of 709 Mackeyville Road. She had to be extricated from her vehicle. LifeFlight was called to the scene, along with Goodwill Ambulance, Jersey Shore Area EMS, and the Lamar Township, Dunnstown and Mill Hall fire companies.
