Ernestine L. Piper, 94, of Paso Robles, Calif. passed away quietly on June 12, 2012. She was a former long-term resident of Lock Haven. Arrangements are under the direction of the Yost-Gedon Funeral Home, 121 W. Main St., Lock Haven. Interment will be at the convenience of the family.
