Kylah Brooke Evey weighed 5 pounds, 14.6 ounces and 18 1/2 inches long. She joins big sister Khloe Nikole. Proud grandparents are Randy and Linda Neff of Howard, and Jared and Kathy Evey of Bellefonte. Great-grandparents are Vaughn and Marlene Struble, James and Sarah Neff, and James and Evelyn Bird, all of Bellefonte.
ULMER - Ryan Kyle and Miranda Ulmer, 239 Burnside St., Bellefonte, welcomed their first born son on May 3, 2012 at 11:17 a.m. in Mt. Nittany Medical Center. Travis Nevin Kyle weighed 8 pounds, 6 ounces and was 22 and a half inches long. Travis was named in honor of his paternal great-grandfather, Nevin Merrill Tice of Hublersburg. Pround grandparents are Daniel and Penny Ulmer of Bellefonte, and L. Albert and Sheila Kyle, also of Bellefonte. Great grandparents are N. Merrill Tice and Anna Tice of Hublersburg, and William J. and Charlotte Smith of Mansfield. Honorary great-grandparents are James and Donna Doherty of Bellefonte.
SERAFINI - Joseph and Natalie Serafini of Lock Haven are the proud parents of a baby girl, Adriana Rose Serafini, born May 30, 2012 at 2:23 p.m. in Geisinger Hospital, Danville. Adriana weighed 6 pounds, 11 ounces and was 19 inches long. She was welcomed home by her big brother, Alexander. Grandparents are William and Virginia Serafini of Renovo, and Paul Haas of Mill Hall. Adriana is also blessed with a great-grandmother, Verda Haas, of Howard.

CRAFT - Stephen and Jennifer Craft, 24 S. Highland St., Lock Haven, are the parents of a son. Stephen Douglas Craft Jr. (S.J) was born May 13, 2012 at Lock Haven Hospital. He was 6 pounds, 10.7 ounces and 19 1/4 inches long. He joins brothers Isaiah and Thomas Craft. The mother is the former Jennifer Peluso. Grandparents are James and Brenda Craft of Beech Creek, and Flora Peluso and the late Vincent Peluso of Avis.
