Inmate throws liquid
PLEASANT GAP-An inmate at the State Correctional Institution at Rockview threw liquid on the compliance team's lieutenant June 12, state police at Rockview said.
The team was attempting to enter the 39-year-old inmate's cell to conduct a 'Force Med,' but the inmate refused to come to the door, police said. When the lieutenant began to open the door, the inmate threw liquid onto the lieutenant and another corrections officer; the liquid was believed to be from the inmate's colostomy bag, police said.
Spit in the face
PLEASANT GAP-A 22-year-old inmate spit on a corrections officer's face on June 12, state police at Rockview said.
Corrections officers were escorting an inmate to a misconduct hearing when he became non-compliant, and as a result, the officers took him back to his cell, police said. Once there, he stuck his foot in the cell's bars; when the officers reached down to remove his foot from the bars, the inmate spit on the officer's face, police said.
Charges will be filed for aggravated harassment by the prisoner, police said.
Teens in accident
BLANCHARD-A 14-year-old Blanchard teen was driving a 1995 Ford F-150 on June 11 with other teenagers in the vehicle when she lost control and crashed, state police at Rockview said.
The driver was driving downhill north on Eagleville Road with two 15-year-olds and a 13-year-old passenger of Blanchard and Mill Hall, when she lost control on the gravel road and went into a ditch on the west berm, police said. She swerved right and over-steered, spinning clockwise 90 degrees and went over an embankment on the east berm, police said.
The vehicle rolled onto the driver's side; the truck bed then struck a tree, causing them to come to an abrupt halt on its driver's side against the tree, police said.
The driver was uninjured, and the others sustained minor injuries; none wore their seatbelts, police said.
Indecent exposure
BELLEFONTE - A man known to police was seen naked on High Street masturbating Monday at 4:17 a.m., Tpr. Buchheit of state police at Rockview said.

Aggravated assault
BELLEFONTE - Diane Behrer, 42, of Bellefonte, allegedly failed to return the child of an unidentified person to her on June 6 at 1:51 a.m., Tpr. Buchheit of state police at Rockview said.
Once police arrived, Behrer's daughter returned the child and Behrer became verbally and physically abusive with law enforcement, police said.
Loudspeaker violation
JERSEY SHORE-The New Pine Creek Inn, Inc., at 5645 N. Route 44, was charged on April 20 for use or permitting use of a loudspeaker inside the premises that could be heard beyond the licensee's property line, according to the Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement.
These charges will be brought before an administrative law judge who may impose a $50 to $1,000 penalty for minor offenses and up to $5,000 for more serious offenses, the bureau said.
Car hits utility pole
LOCK HAVEN-A Lock Haven woman smashed into a utility pole off of Bellefonte Avenue Thursday because she was distracted, city police said.
Krista L. Renzo was driving south on Bellefonte Avenue and was searching for a napkin while holding a McDonald's McFlurry in her hand when her 2002 Ford Escape X hit the pole, police said.
Her daughter was a passenger in the car and was taken to the Lock Haven Emergency Room for complaints of chest pain afterward, police said.
The pole was cracked for a third of its height and the wires had come unattached, police said.
Renzo was cited for careless driving, and her vehicle was towed police said.
Possible DUI, underage drinking
LOCK HAVEN-Matthew Brook Bechdel, 19, was taken into custody Friday for a DUI and underage drinking, city police said.
Bechdel was stopped for a traffic violation at East Church Street at Liberty Street when police suspected alcohol consumption, police said.
Stolen sweatpants
LOCK HAVEN-Two pairs of sweatpants were stolen from a clothesline in the 300 block of Logan Street Thursday, city police said.
Simple assault
LOCK HAVEN-A Lock Haven man was jailed Thursday after assaulting a man, city police said.
Alex Michael Ladika, 35, of 420 S. Fairview St. struck a man in the face several times at 713 Woods Avenue, causing the man to seek medical treatment, police said.
Ladika was charged with simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct; he was taken to the Clinton County Correctional Facility on a probation detainer, police said.
Mustang scratched
LOCK HAVEN-Someone scratched a red Ford Mustang car door on Thursday in the Lock Haven Emergency Room parking lot, city police said.
Criminal mischief
LOCK HAVEN-Someone scratched two vehicles, a Mitsubishi and Pontiac, Wednesday night at the 600 block of East Main Street, city police said.
