Who's the person who designed the ATM/drive-up portion of the main Jersey Shore State Bank in Jersey Shore?
I wanted to use the ATM at the bank, but had to wait in line forever because everyone ahead of me had to use the drive-up lane next to the bank all the while the other two lanes remained empty.
It seems like the person who designed this was not "Smarter Then A Fifth Grader."
