Sex act alleged

at Millheim Pool

MILLHEIM-Two teenagers engaged in a sexual act at the Millheim Community Pool Thursday afternoon, state police at Rockview said. The act took place in the open and near children who were swimming, police said.

Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact the PSP at Rockview at (814) 355-7545.

Disorderly conduct

LOCK HAVEN - William Lewis Dale III, 29, of Williamsport was cited for disorderly conduct and public intoxication early Wednesday.

Police said Dale was in the vicinity of Second Avenue and the Hill Top Tavern at 12:38 a.m., when he charged at an officer, was taken into custody and was found to be in an intoxicated condition.

Jewelry stolen

DUNNSTOWN - A burglary occurred at 2176 Coudersport Pike between May 14 and June 14, Woodward Township police said.

Police said somebody entered an unlocked trailer home and stole a silver chain with sapphire pendant circled with diamond chips, and matching earrings.

The loss was estimated at $150.

SUV crash

MILL HALL - Robert J. Hohn Jr., 1344 Joanna Drive, Bellefonte, crashed his 2002 Ford Explorer at 29 Main St. Wednesday at 2:34 a.m. Tpr. A.M. Sheridan of the Pennsylvania State Police at Lamar said.

Police said Hohn was driving east on Main Street when he failed to negotiate a right hand curve.

The SUV drove into a house, causing serious structural damage to the house, and Hohn was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving, police said.

Jeep collision

LOGANTON - Michael J. McMullen, 20, of Plainfield, N.J., suffered serious injuries when he crashed his 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo on Interstate 80 in Greene Township Tuesday at 3:39 p.m., Tpr. Jared Homan of the Pennsylvania State Police at Lamar said.

Police said McMullen was driving east and rounding a curve when he lost control of the SUV, which crossed both lanes, left the road, and crashed into an embankment.

McMullen, who was ejected from the vehicle, was flown to Geisinger Medical Center in Danville for treatment, police said.

Jersey Shore Emergency Medical Service and the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation assisted troopers at the scene.

House broken into

MILL HALL - A Wii gaming system and four games were stolen Tuesday morning or afternoon in a burglary at the home of Angela C. Taylor, 38, of 1 Lionel Lane, Bald Eagle Township, Tpr. Michael J. Flook of the Pennsylvania State Police at Lamar said.

Police said a locked door was damaged and the actor also stole a wooden box from the home.

Car scratched

LOCK HAVEN-Someone scratched a 1996 Ford Explorer sometime Tuesday night on the 300 block of East Park Street, city police said.

Two-vehicle

collision

CENTRE HALL-When James J. Class, 75, of Hatfield, tried to make a U-turn on Route 144, turning from the shoulder into the northbound lane to travel south on Route 144, he turned into the path of Donna I. Kerstetter, 71, of Howard, Thursday, state police at Rockview said.

Kerstetter struck Class's 2010 Ford Ranger in the left front end in the northbound lane with her 2003 Jeep Liberty, police said. After impact, both vehicles were pulled off the roadway, police said.

Everyone wore seatbelts and nobody was injured, police said.
