JERSEY SHORE - A regional nonprofit that helps families of critically ill children has a new website, thanks to a local web design company.
Infinity Design Studios of Jersey Shore donated its services to provide a new web presence for the Ronald McDonald House of Danville, which is located on the campus of Geisinger Medical Center and provides a home away from home for families of children being hospitalized or receiving outpatient care at area hospitals. It is a place of comfort and stability offering families the opportunity to relax and be together as a family unit during a time of great uncertainty.
"Our House is often referred to as the 'House that Love Built,' and we are grateful to include Infinity Design among our supporters," said Ann Blugis, development manager for the Ronald McDonald House. "We are proud of our website and owe our heartfelt gratitude to Patrick and the team at Infinity for the special way they tell our story."
The new site, www.rmhdanville.org, provides information about how to access services at, volunteer with and donate to the organization.
The site was designed by Patrick Kennedy, owner and chief designer for Infinity Design Studios.
"At Infinity, it is part of our mission to give back to the community as often as possible," Kennedy said. "A broad and stable client base enables us to provide this support in the many ways we do."
Among Infinity's varied clients are the Keystone Central School District, Miller Brother RV Sales, Clinton Country Club and Lock Haven University.
