RENOVO-A vehicular accident on Renovo Road east of Baker's Run Monday at 5:55 p.m. resulted in Life Flight services to be called, according to Clinton County Communications Center. No more details were available by press time.
Underage drinking
JERSEY SHORE - Beau Adrian, 20, of Allegheny Street, is charged with underage drinking after he was found in the 1300 block of Allegheny Street at around midnight on June 14 and allegedly observed to have been drinking, Tiadaghton Valley Regional Police said.
Disorderly conduct
JERSEY SHORE - A borough man is charged with disorderly conduct after allegedly yelling and cursing at his mother, Tiadaghton Valley Regional Police said. Christopher Moore, 21, of Culvert Street, was cited after police were called to the Rails to Trails Parking lot at around 3:55 p.m. on June 12 for a disturbance, police said. Moore was yelling and cursing at his mother and continued to do so after officers advised him to stop, police said. After continued efforts to try to get him to stop his actions, he had to be taken into custody by police after he charged at his mother, police said.
Disorderly conduct
JERSEY SHORE - Joseph Bianchi, 38, of Thompson Street, was arrested on June 9 after he was allegedly being loud and disorderly with his wife while officers were at his apartment, Tiadaghton Valley Regional Police said. He was taken into custody and later taken to the Clinton County Correctional Facility for a probation detainer that night, police said.
Trespassing
JERSEY SHORE - David Kagan, 64, of Torbet Lane, Jersey Shore, was cited for trespassing after he allegedly cut across the Welshans property on May 30, Tiadaghton Valley Regional Police said. When asked to leave, Kagan allegedly started cursing at the land owner and continued across the property, police said. Kagan said the reason he cut across the property was because there were too many gas trucks on Route 44, police said.
Disorderly conduct
JERSEY SHORE - Joseph Thomas, 52, of North Broad Street, was cited for using strong language while small children were present on June 7, Tiadaghton Valley Regional Police said. Thomas had been sitting in his van in the pool parking lot and people were concerned he was just sitting there, police said. After a pool employee went to talk to him, he started using strong language while small children were present, police said.
Bad check
JERSEY SHORE - Dwayne Hill, 33, of Level Corners Road, Linden, is accused of writing a bad check for $155 to Lingles Family Market on April 2, Tiadaghton Valley Regional Police said.
Loudspeaker violation
LOCK HAVEN-The Bonner House at 3065 Woodward Avenue was cited on April 15 for a loudspeaker violation, according to the Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement. The Bonner House allegedly allowed music to be heard beyond its property line, the bureau said.
Identity theft
BELLEFONTE-A 42-year-old Bellefonte woman was the victim of identity theft, state police at Rockview said. An unknown person used her information to file a fraudulent tax return with the IRS and had a tax return electronically deposited into his or her bank account, police said. The investigation is terminated as the IRS will conduct a follow-up investigation; the victim will be reimbursed for her tax return refund, police said.
Physical altercation alleged
BELLEFONTE-Joseph Sean Walsh, 46, of Bellefonte allegedly had a physical altercation with his girlfriend and their 16-year-old son on Sunday at Wiltshire Drive, state police at Rockview said. Walsh's argument with his girlfriend escalated into physical contact with her and their son; Walsh is cited for two counts of harassment against them, police said. The son was also cited for harassment, police said.
Graffiti on house
LOCK HAVEN-Someone spraypainted graffiti on the east wall of the home of a 55-year-old man at 18 Corning St., city police said.
Attempted theft from vehicles
LOCK HAVEN-Two male juveniles were seen trying to enter several vehicles on June 12 in the parking lot at 810 E. Water St., city police said. Both will be charged with attempted theft from a motor vehicle and conspiracy to commit theft from a motor vehicle, police said.
Possible DUI
LOCK HAVEN-When Robert Phillip Feidler, 38, of 648 E. Church St., was stopped for a traffic violation at North Vesper and East Bald Eagle streets on Saturday, he was charged with a DUI, city police said. He was taken to the Clinton County Correctional Facility on a state parole detainer, police said.
