Fraud alleged

JERSEY SHORE - Krystopher P. Fuller, 19, of 1418 Scott St., Williamsport, has been charged with access device fraud for allegedly using another man's missing bank card to withdraw $190 from the victim's account, according to the Tiadaghton Valley Regional police. Fuller allegedly made the illegal withdrawal using Cody McCloskey's card at an ATM at the Weis Market, 1440 Allegheny St., on May 18. Following his arraignment before District Judge Jerry C. Lepley, he was released on $7,500 bail.

Sexual assault alleged

JERSEY SHORE - Jeffrey A. Horn, 24, of 600 1/2 Railroad St., faces charges for allegedly molesting a teenage girl under 18 on Railroad Street on May 13, according to the Tiadaghton Valley Regional police. Horn was arraigned earlier this month before District Judge Jerry C. Lepley on charges of aggravated indecent assault, statutory sexual assault, indecent assault, unlawful contact with a minor and corrupting the morals of a minor. He was released on $25,000 bail.

Stealing from mother

JERSEY SHORE - Following a preliminary hearing Monday, Gary Lee Rose, 55, of 501 Crist St., Avis, was held for court on charges of allegedly stealing $7,400 from his mother's bank account by forging several of her checks and cashing them at the Montoursville Area Federal Credit Union in Montoursville between February and July 2011. District Judge Gary A. Whiteman ruled that Rose will face further court action on 12 counts each of borough police charges of theft, receiving stolen property and forgery. Rose remains incarcerated in lieu of $50,000 bail.

Damage to windows, vehicles, continues

LOCK HAVEN-A window and two car windshields were smashed, and a motorcycle was pushed over, all overnight Tuesday, city police said. Someone threw a rock, smashing a window at 336 W. Church St., smashed the windshields of cars at 43 and 200 E. Bald Eagle St., police said. Someone pushed the 2009 Honda motorcycle over at 114 2nd St., causing minor damage, police said. Envelope stolen

LOCK HAVEN-Someone stole an envelope from a mailbox at 305 Linden St. sometime Wednesday night, city police said.
