LOCK HAVEN - The Lock Haven Area YMCA will hold its fourth annual 5K/10K Run the River on July 14.
Start your day off with the race and healthy breakfast that follows, then visit historic downtown Lock Haven for lunch and head across the river to enjoy live music, vendors, cardboard boat races, duck derby and food vendors.
Race registration is from 7 to 8 a.m. at Hanna Park with the race starting at 8:30 a.m.
Run the River is sponsored by Carson V. Brown II, D.D.S. and Hanna Electric/Tri-M Group, LLC.
