Announcement has been made of the engagement of Nichole Marie Condor, daughter of Tony and Joy Condor of Lock Haven, to Justin Brice Segura, son of Tina Segura of Lock Haven and Alex Segura of Quincy, Mass.
Nichole is a 2009 graduate of Central Mountain High School working toward a degree in Special Education and Early Childhood Education.
Justin is a 2006 graduate of Central Mountain High School and is currently a police officer employed in Pine Creek Township.
