Burglary reported

LOCK HAVEN - A man returned to his apartment Sunday at 10:45 a.m. to find four black males leaving his place - and carrying his stuff with them. City police say the burglary occurred at 221 W. Church St., where the door was kicked in and the place was ransacked. Officers provided no further information about the episode, but asked anybody with information to contact the police department.

Harassment charged

LOCK HAVEN - A juvenile was cited for harassment on the 300 block of East Bald Eagle Street, and a female interviewed about that episode, Kayla Kline, 18, of the Farrandsville Road, Lock Haven, was cited for underage drinking Sunday, city police said. Police said the first incident led them to the second incident at 425 S. Highland St., where another citation was issued.

Hit and run

LOCK HAVEN - A hit-and-run accident was discovered Saturday at 11:26 a.m. near the Lock Haven Area YMCA, city police said.

Jeff Hetzel Jr. of Linden told police he parked his 2006 Ford F-150 pickup along East Main Street and returned later to discover the bumper of his vehicle had been pushed in by the ball joint or trailer hitch of another vehicle.

Sign vandalized

LOCK HAVEN - A business sign was spray-painted along West Bald Eagle Street Friday, resulting in $280 damage, city police said.

Bicycle stolen

LOCK HAVEN - A pink Huffy Roadmaster bicycle valued at $50 was stolen from a property a 5 W. Main St. Saturday, city police said.

Public intoxication

LOCK HAVEN - Tomas Jon Meyers, 26, of 104 Hill St., Mill Hall was cited for public intoxication this weekend, city police said.

Police said Meyers was in the 500 block of West Main Street and was in a condition in which he was unable to care for himself.

Drunk driving

LOCK HAVEN - John Bradford Barnes, 41, of Brooklyn, N.Y. was arrested for driving while intoxicated Sunday at 1:48 a.m., city police said. Police said Barnes was stopped for a traffic violation and was found to be under the influence of alcohol.

Retail theft

MILL HALL - Yvette Robinson, 44, of Beech Creek was arrested for felony retail theft Friday at 4:47 p.m. at the Kmart Department Store in Bald Eagle Township, Tpr. Christopher Wilson of the Pennsylvania State Police at Lamar said. Police said the Robinson was observed concealing items valued at $124.82, and left the store through the Garden Center without paying for the merchandise. She was stopped by a loss prevention specialist as soon as she stepped out the door. Robinson's third arrest for retail theft netted her a felony charge, and she was committed to the Clinton County Correctional Facility pending further legal action.

Drunk driving

MILL HALL - David Eugene Lagle, 53, of Calvin was arrested for driving while intoxicated Saturday at 12:25 a.m. on Route 150 at Country Club Lane in Bald Eagle Township, Tpr. Jared Homan of the Pennsylvania State Police at Lamar said. Police said Lagle was stopped during a sobriety checkpoint and was found to be under the influence of alcohol.

DUI charge filed

MACKEYVILLE - Kevin Kintzly, 45, of Quakertown, was arrested for driving while intoxicated Friday at 1:03 a.m. on Route 64 near the Axe Factory Dam in Lamar Township, Tpr. Confer of the Pennsylvania State Police at Lamar said.

Drunk driving alleged

MILL HALL - Eric Buskirk, 29, of Brighton, Mass. was arrested for driving while intoxicated Sunday at 12:02 a.m. on Country Club Lane and Route 150 in Bald Eagle Township, Tpr. William Ritrosky of the Pennsylvania State Police at Lamar said. Police said Buskirk was stopped by a trooper on daily patrol and was found to be intoxicated.

Harassment

BEECH CREEK - Terry Williams, 51, of Mill Hall, was cited for harassment Saturday at 1:15 p.m. Tpr. Christopher Wilson of the Pennsylvania State Police at Lamar said. Police said Williams subjected Aften Vinson, 27, of Beech Creek to unwanted physical contact during an argument.

License plate stolen

JERSEY SHORE - A registration plate was stolen from a trailer late Friday or early Saturday at the Rose Valley Lake South Dock in Gamble Township, state police said. Police said the victim was Leroy E. Hoffman, 55, of Jersey Shore.
