MILL HALL - The family musical "You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown" will open on the Millbrook Playhouse Ryan Main Stage tomorrow.
The unforgettable musical about a day in the life of the famous comic strip "hero" Charlie Brown features all the best-known "Peanuts characters" - Linus, Schroeder, Lucy, Sally Brown and of course... Snoopy!
Whether flying "The Kite" or saluting "Suppertime," the Peanuts gang will lead the hilarity in a musical guaranteed to please all ages. Bring the kids.

"You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown" will run Thursday through Sunday, then for a second week Wednesday through Sunday, July 18 to 22 with shows at 7:30 p.m. A matinee has been added at 2 p.m. Wednesday, which is discount day. In addition, Sundays are Family Day with discounts for two adults and two or more children.
Also at Millbrook, "Dead Man's Cell Phone," a darkly funny odyssey about our cell-phone obsession, is playing today through Sunday in the Poorman Cabaret, with a matinee at 2 p.m. Sunday.
The children's show "Pinocchio" opens this Saturday at 10 a.m. on the main stage, with tickets only $5 at the door. The classic story is presented in a brand-new script with music written by choreographer and director Edward Carignan. The audience helps tell the story of the puppet who wants to be a real boy.
"Pinocchio" also will be performed Saturdays, July 21 and 28.
