The Lock Haven Elks No. 182 awarded a $500 scholarship to Central Mountain High School senior Kendra Heckman, who will attend Mercyhurst University in Erie this fall. Kendra attended the Elks Lodge meeting June 19 and is pictured with Exalted Ruler Nancy Worden.
