The bride is the daughter of Candy and Char Saltsman of Renovo and Paul Weaver. She's the granddaughter of Becky and Bull Saltsman of Renovo.
The groom is the son of Dean and Cheryl Reynolds of Jersey Shore and Tom Packer of Lock Haven. He's the grandson of Tom and Pauline Packer of Lock Haven, Judy and Dave Webb of Lock Haven and Howard and Judy Decker of Frackville.
