LOCK HAVEN-A car stereo was stolen Wednesday between 6 and 7:30 p.m., city police said.
Concession stand allegedly robbed
LOCK HAVEN-A concession stand at Taggart Field at East Park Street was allegedly robbed Wednesday, according to city police. Numerous kitchen appliances and food and drink items were allegedly stolen, costing upwards of $450, police said. Anyone with information, please contact LHPD.
Alleged theft from vehicle
MILL HALL-The registration and insurance cards of Wayne A. Condo of Mill Hall were allegedly stolen from his truck along White Rock Lane; his airline was also allegedly cut on his truck between May 4 and July 6, state police at Lamar said. Purse found
CASTANEA-A woman's purse was found in the Castanea United Methodist Church parking lot Thursday morning, state police at Lamar said. The owner of the purse can contact PSP Lamar at (570) 726-6000.
Physical altercation
LAMAR-William James Yost, 28, of Mill Hall and Michael Lawrence Heverly, 26, of Lock Haven got into a verbal argument which allegedly turned into a physical altercation Tuesday, state police at Lamar said. Yost was cited for harassment, police said.
One-vehicle accident
MCELHATTAN-Matthew O. Clyde, 29, of Mahaffey allegedly fell asleep while driving on Route 220 North near the McElhattan exit Tuesday, causing a car crash, state police at Lamar said. Clyde drifted into the left lane, then abruptly swerved to the right, causing his 1997 Saab 900 SE to spin, eventually striking a jersey barrier on the west side of the road; the car eventually came to rest in the highway's median, police said. While he was not injured and had been wearing his seatbelt, he was cited for careless driving, police said.
Possible DUI
MILL HALL-Edward Leroy Englert, 54, of Lock Haven, was arrested for suspicion of DUI after a strong odor of alcohol was detected Wednesday at the Sheetz parking lot, state police at Lamar said.
Theft from Wal-Mart alleged
MILL HALL-A hip pack was allegedly stolen from the men's restroom in Wal-Mart 11 p.m. Wednesday, state police at Lamar said. Keith Pskowski used the restroom and left his hip pack hanging on the restroom door; when he exited, someone allegedly stole the pack, police said. Anyone with information, please call Tpr. Harassment alleged
RENOVO-Mandy Jo Anderson, 31, of 422 Ontario Ave., Renovo, was cited for disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and harassment Wednesday after an alleged physical altercation, state police at Lamar said. At the 400 block of Ontario Avenue, Anderson was intoxicated and allegedly shoved and grabbed the shirt of Billy Yednak, 39, of Renovo, police said. She then allegedly struck Damien Hand, 19, of Renovo, in the face while he was trying to help her and keep her from fighting others, police said. Anderson then threatened to hit Christine Bugielski, 37, of Renovo, at which point, Gerald Lullo, 44, of Renovo, tried to keep Anderson from striking Bugielski; as a result, he was allegedly hit in the chest, police said. Anderson also allegedly hit a 14-year-old male in the chest, lip and hand during the incident, police said.
