Clara Louise (Bertin) "Pee Wee" Bletz, 76, of Clinton County, passed away Sunday, July 15, 2012 at Jersey Shore Hospital surrounded by her family members.
She was born Feb. 25, 1936 in Lock Haven, a daughter of the late Adelaide R. Bartley, the late William F. Bertin, and stepmother Mina Bertin.
Clara was a member of the Lock Haven VFW Auxiliary and a past member of the Eagle Auxiliary.

She was retired from Risdon Mfg. in Naugatuck, Conn.
Clara really enjoyed spending time with her cats and her family.
She is survived by a daughter, Ruth M. (Robert Sr.) Borner of Flemington; a sister, Wilma (Robert) Bloom of Conn.; three grandchildren, Trina M. Borner of Mill Hall, Tanya L. (Robert) Miller-Mitchell of Castanea, Robert S., Jr. (Laurie) Borner of Lock Haven; two great-grandsons, one step great-grandson and one step great-granddaughter along with several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins; and a stepsister.
Clara was preceded in death by James A. Bletz Sr., a stepsister, Beverly Black and stepbrother John Bartley.
Graveside services will be held 10 a.m. Friday, July 20, 2012 at the Jersey Shore Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society, 1948 E. Third St., Williamsport, PA 17701 or the Clinton County SPCA, 33 Mill Hill Road, Lock Haven, PA 17745.
Arrangements are being handled by the Rearick-Carpenter Funeral Home, Ltd. "A Life Celebration Home," 1002 Allegheny St., Jersey Shore.
