Criminal trespass

LOCK HAVEN-Andrew Chester Richards, 21, and Paul Von Stults, both of of 533 W. Main St., Apt. 2, were arrested for criminal trespass after allegedly walking along the railroad tracks near West Church and Sixth streets Monday, city police said. Richards also received a second citation after jumping toward and running along a moving train, police said. Police would like to remind area residents not to walk on or along the railroad tracks, as they are private property.

Intersection accident

LOCK HAVEN-Zachary T. Klinefelter of Lock Haven was cited for a stop sign violation after he allegedly drove into the intersection at Race and Main streets July 27 and into the path of an oncoming vehicle, city police said.

Supaporn Shetler struck Klinefelter's 2008 Ford Taurus with Shetler's 2003 Honda CR-V on East Main Street; Klinefelter's vehicle suffered moderate damage, and Shetler's suffered severe damage, and both had to be towed, police said.

Two vehicle accident

LOCK HAVEN-A two-vehicle accident occurred July 24 when Karen M. Fazio of Harrisburg struck the 1999 Oldsmobile of John F. Tressler of Lamar with her 2011 Toyota Corolla at the intersection of West Clinton and East Park streets, city police said. Fazio claims she stopped at the stop sign at West Clinton Street, and didn't see Tressler's vehicle as she proceeded into the intersection; Tressler told police Fazio didn't stop at all, police said. Both vehicles were towed, and neither person was injured, police said.

House illegally entered

PORTER-Someone illegally entered Betty Strouse's home at 387 Furnace Road between July 27 and 29, state police at Lamar said. It does not appear anything was taken, but anyone with information, please call PSP Lamar at (570) 726-6000 and refer to incident number F04-1148697.

Alleged PFA violation

RENOVO-Brian Edward Stabley of 32 Mcginnis Lane, Lock Haven, allegedly violated a PFA order against Billie Jo Stabley of 1535 Pine Creek Ave., Jersey Shore, when he went to a residence at 103 Laurel Ave. in Renovo where Ms. Stabley was at Sunday, state police at Lamar said. Mr. Stabley was taken to the Clinton County Jail, police said.

Disorderly conduct

RENOVO-Michael Wayne Oblesby, 26, of 101 Laurel Ave., allegedly tried to get Randy Edward Litz of 140 13th St. to fight him Sunday when he went to Litz's driveway, state police at Lamar said. Litz did not engage and retreated into his residence when Oblesby allegedly would not take no for an answer, police said. Oblesby was cited for disorderly conduct, police said.
