SPRING MILLS - The State College Elks Lodge # 1600 announced Evan Heiser as the Elks Outstanding Student in Technology at the end-of-years Awards Program at the Penns Valley High School.
In addition, Evan was named the Elks Student of the Year for Lodge Year 2011-12. Evan was recognized for superior academic achievement, good citizenship, leadership potential and commitment to community service.
