Hit and run
LOCK HAVEN-A white car struck the 2002 Ford Escape of Thomas R. Packer, 77, of Mill Hall Tuesday at 7:21 p.m. at the intersection of East Bald Eagle and Grant streets, city police said. Packer was stopped at the stop sign at the above intersection, and a white car going east on East Bald Eagle Street turned left onto Grant Street, and struck the left rear portion of Packer's car, causing damage, then fled the scene, police said.
