Police confirmed Friday afternoon that he died of injuries suffered when his 1999 Subaru Legacy collided with a 2001 Kenworth truck-tractor hauling water.
According to police, Kline was driving south on Route 64 and Brian K. Swinehart, 34, of Millersburg, Ohio, was driving north on Route 64 when Kline's auto crossed the center line and into the lane of approaching traffic.
His Legacy crashed head-on into the truck's driver side trailer axle, police said.
