Accident

MACKEYVILLE - Janus Patecki, 32, of Bensenville, Il., crashed his 20000 Volvo on Interstate 80 in Lamar Township Thursday at 2:28 a.m., Tpr. Curtis Confer of the Pennsylvania State Police at Lamar said. Police said Patecki was driving east when his rig traveled off the highway and crashed into a rock embankment. Police were assisted at the scene by Sugar Valley Fire Department, Goodwill Ambulance Service and Clinton County Hazmat Services.

Disorderly conduct

LAMAR - Charles Bielecki of Bloomsburg was cited for disorderly conduct Wednesday at 10:50 a.m. at 5609 Nittany Valley Drive, Porter Township, Tpr. Spencer Ickes of the Pennsylvania State Police at Lamar said. Police said Bielecki caused a scene at a construction site by yelling at construction workers, kicking over two milk crates and trying to push over a table saw.

Minor possession

DUNNSTOWN -Antonio Mario Paluscio, 20, of Dillsburg was cited for possession and transportation of alcohol as a minor Friday at 4:18 p.m. Tpr. Christopher Wilson of the Pennsylvania State Police at Lamar said. Police said Paluscio was stopped at Jay Street and the Coudersport Pike for a traffic violation and was found to have three bottles of liquor in his possession.

Fuel line cut

CASTANEA - The fuel line to a kerosene tank was cut sometime before Friday at the home of the victim, Floyd Bowmaster of 200 E. Keller St., Tpr. Christopher D. Wilson of the Pennsylvania State Police at Lamar said. Anybody with information about the incident is asked to call 726-6000.

Tools stolen

FARRANDSVILLE - Mario Garcia, 45, of Phoenix, Ariz. reported the theft of about $250 in tools stolen from his Ford Pickup late Thursday or early Friday. According to state police, the theft occurred at Fibber's along Route 120 in Grugan Township.

Burglary investigated

ROTE - The Lamar Township Police Department is investigating a burglary that occurred in the Rote area between the middle of June and the middle of July. Police said two loaded handguns were stolen from a residence during the commission of the crime.

Officers are asking anybody who might have information about the burglary to contact the department. The stolen firearms include a .30-caliber Tarus semi-automatic with two-tone styling - a tan frame with black slide. The second handgun is an all black .357-caliber Ruger revolver. Both firearms were contained in black nylon holsters. The loss is estimated at over $700.

Drug paraphernalia

ROTE - William David Sanders, 22, of Mill Hall was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia Friday evening at Albright's Mill in Lamar Township, Tpr. Christopher D. Wilson of the Pennsylvania State Police at Lamar said.

Vehicle hits trees

FARRANDSVILLE - Minos James Wilson, 35, of Georgetown, Del. crashed his vehicle Wednesday at 17111 Coudersport Pike, Gallagher Township, Tpr. Wright of the Pennsylvania State Police at Lamar said. Police said Wilson's vehicle was found in the middle of the road, blocking traffic and no driver or owner was available. Police said officers later determined that Wilson was the driver of the vehicle and had run it off the road and into the trees before it returned to the highway. Numerous traffic citations were issued, police said.

Drunk driving alleged

MILL HALL - Kristen Leslie Shirk, 28, of Howard crashed her vehicle on Railroad Street in Bald Eagle Township Thursday evening, Tpr. Wright of the Pennsylvania State Police at Lamar said. Police said officers investigated the crash and determined Shirk was under the influence of alcoholic beverages.

Burglary

DUNNSTOWN - A burglary occurred between July 29 and Saturday at 315 German Road, Woodward Township police said. Police said the victim's home was entered via an unlocked door and about $150 in cash was stolen, along with an AR-15 semi-automatic assault rifle. The total loss was estimated at $1,550.

PFA violation

DUNNSTOWN - John Adam Crust, 22, of 129 Woodward Ave. was arrested for a violation of a Protection From Abuse Act order of the court Friday afternoon, Woodward Township police said. Police said Crust violated the order by having physical contact with a female he was told not to be around. Crust was taken into custody without incident. Pine Creek Township police assisted on the call.
