JERSEY SHORE - A Wilson Street man has been jailed on charges that he allegedly broke into another man's apartment on Sunday night and stole, among other things, a television set and Playstation video games, according to Tiadaghton Valley Regional Police.
Steven Paul Pfleegor, 24, of 414 Wilson St., was taken into custody near the police station shortly after the 7:30 p.m. break-in at Logan Gallo's apartment, police said.
Gallo said Pfleegor and two other men, who have not been identified, forced their way into his apartment, police said. Pfleegor, holding a metal pipe, demanded to know about money he claimed was stolen from his wallet, police said. Gallo denied taking the money.
The three intruders then started removing several items from the apartment, including a flat-screen television set, a Playstation video game console, a cell phone and numerous video games, Gallo told police.
Pfleegor was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge James Carn on charges of robbery, burglary, felony trespassing, theft, receiving stolen property, possession of an instrument of crime and conspiracy. He was committed to the Lycoming County Prison in lieu of $35,000 bail.
