Minor accident
LOCK HAVEN - Justin Shady of Lock Haven was involved in a minor accident Tuesday at 10:38 a.m., city police said.
Police said Shady was distracted from the road at 4 W. Main St. when his 2001 Land Rover ran into a light pole.
