Emma Winklemen, 6, of Renovo, won first place in the pedal power tractor pulls last week at the Clinton County Fair. She is the daughter of Roxanne Barton and Curt Winklemen and pulled the weights just over 44 feet. Grandparents Rita and Sam Dershem helped her practice by tying a 14-pound weight onto her go-cart. She pulled it up and down the driveway.
