T/Sgt. Harry A. Spotts Jr. and Mrs. Spotts were among the 133 people who gave blood at the Red Cross bloodmobile in 1952. Mrs. Ethel Confer, left, is pressing the gauze pad to Sgt. Spotts’ finger after she took a sample of blood to test for hemoglobin levels. Meanwhile, Mrs. E.C. Blackburn takes Mrs. Spotts’ blood pressure.
