JERSEY SHORE - "Miles of Memories" is the title of a 5K Run/Walk and 10K Run planned by Jersey Shore Hospital.
The event will be held on Saturday, Oct. 20, at Nippenose Valley Elementary School. Registration begins at 9 a.m. with opening ceremonies at 9:45 a.m. and the race to start at 10 a.m.
A celebration party will be held after the race.
All proceeds will be donated to the Susan G. Komen For the Cure, in hopes of finding a cure for breast cancer. Cost for pre-registration is $15. At the event registration is $20.
