WILLIAMSPORT - A $1,000 reward from the Lycoming County District Attorney's Office will go to the person who provides information that leads to the location and apprehension of shooting suspects Raymarr Daquan Alford and Qu Mar Dashon Moore.
The two are wanted by police in the killing of Kevan Connelly, 23, of Williamsport, who police say was shot by Alford and Moore on July 9 at Flanigan Park in the 700 block of Memorial Avenue.
Alford, 17, formerly of 1048 Hepburn St., and Moore, 22, formerly of 802 Hepburn St., pulled out handguns and fired shots at Connelly after playing basketball at about 7:15 p.m. July 9, according to police. Connelly was pronounced dead at Williamsport Regional Medical Center's emergency room at 7:40 p.m.

Alford goes by the street name "Mar Mar" and is described as 6 feet tall and 155 pounds. Moore goes by the street name "Snoop" and is 6 feet, 1 inch and 175 pounds.
The two have ties to Elizabeth, N.J., and are suspected to have fled there, according to police.

"It is an unfortunate sign of the times that we need to pay people to do what is decent and right," said Eric R. Linhardt, Lycoming County District Attorney.
"Nonetheless, these two are fugitives wanted for murder, and I will do what I have to do to apprehend them. I have no doubt that there are people in this community who know where Mr. Alford and Mr. Moore are. These young men cannot continue to be on the run without the assistance of others. They require money, food, clothing, transportation and a place to sleep. What the public needs to understand is that anyone who hinders the apprehension and prosecution of Mr. Alford and Mr. Moore, by harboring or concealing them, offering them aid or transportation, warning them of impending discovery, or providing false information to police regarding their whereabouts is committing a felony and will be prosecuted."
