Clinton 4-H members qualify for state horse show

MACKEYVILLE- The District V 4-H Horse Show was held at the Centre County Grange Fairgrounds on Aug. 18, as 4-H members from Clinton, Centre, Lycoming, Columbia, Juniata, Mifflin, Montour, Northumberland, Snyder, and Union counties participated at the qualifying event.

Clinton County had 33 members qualify for the District V Horse Show. To qualify these members placed in the top of their classes at the Clinton County 4-H Horse and Pony Roundup held during the Clinton County Fair.

The members who qualified to attend the District 4-H Horse Show are Alison Benna, Olivia Benna, Addison Bloom, Calandre Crist, Erinn Cavanaugh, Kristin Cavanaugh, Ceira Eggler, Keri Ford, Abby Foster, McKenzie Hakin, Katharine Hendricks, Jazel Hill, Noella Hill, Natasha Jones, Kayla Kimble, Samantha Kling, Kara Libby, Alexis Lingenfelter, Brianna Lovell, Devan McGowen, Sophie McGowen, Amy Middleton, Cassidy Myers, Joey Rankinen, Danea Snavely, Angela Snook, Ellen Turner, Allison Walbridge, Katelyn Walbridge, Kyra Walizer, Madison Weaver, Brian Yoas and Jacob Yoas.

Eleven Clinton County 4-H members qualified at the District V 4-H Show for the Pennsylvania State 4-H Horse Show, which will be held Oct. 28 to 30 at the Farm Show Complex in Harrisburg.
