JERSEY SHORE - It's hard to imagine a goal keeper putting in one of the best performances in recent school history when the opponent put five goals into the net, but that's exactly what happened for Shore yesterday.
The Bulldogs played a solid match of soccer against Central Columbia and the effort put forth was very admirable. The desire to win wasn't what was absent in the 5-0 loss to the Bluejays; now if you're talking about fresh bodies?
Complete disadvantage for Shore.

Jersey Shore head coach Peter Ruhl had at his disposal two reliable subs, while Central Columbia traveled in from Bloomsburg with close to a thirty-man roster.
"I would say that the effort the boys put out there today was great," Ruhl said.
