Lock Haven Hospital and Bucktail Medical Center will team with Advocates for a Drug Free Tomorrow by serving as drop off locations for the Drug Enforcement Administration National Prescription Drug Take Back Day.
Unused medications can be taken to either hospital from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 29.
Lock Haven Hospital is located at 24 Cree Drive.
Bucktail Medical Center is located at 1001 Pine St., Renovo.
These two sites are the only designated collection locations.
Community members will have the opportunity to drop off accumulated unwanted, unused prescription drugs and to safely dispose of those medications. Local law enforcement agencies will be on hand throughout the collection process.
