EAST KEATING-A 3-year-old boy that went missing yesterday around 1 p.m. in the East Keating area was found at about 9:25 p.m. last night, according to emergency communications, state police at Lamar and Bureau of Forestry personnel.

State police and the Clinton County Communications Center did not state the physical condition of the child, where he was found or other information last night, which should be released at a later date.

The eight-and-a-half hour search entailed more man power being called at 5:15 p.m. along with a thermal camera, and around 7:45 p.m., a K-9 unit was called to the location, according to emergency communications.

State police at Lamar said the case was under the Bureau of Forestry's purview, but state police were assisting at the scene.

The South Renovo Fire Department was in charge of the scene, according to the communications center, and other units that responded included the Renovo Fire Department, a Fast Ambulance out of Renovo, and some units from Centre and Clearfield counties.

No further information was available last night by press time.
