LOCK HAVEN - Lock Haven Hospital and Haven Clinic Company announce Charles K. Foulsham, M.D. will join the clinic company, effective Jan. 1, to launch Haven Ear, Nose and Throat.
Foulsham has been in private practice for more than 30 years and will continue to serve patients at his current location, 401 High St., Lock Haven.
He is a member of the Lock Haven Hospital Board of Trustees and serves on the Medical Executive Committee. He is the chairman of the Surgical Committee and the chairman of Surgical Blood and Tissue Committee of Lock Haven Hospital.
"Dr. Foulsham is a valued member of the Lock Haven Hospital medical staff and has been a leader of the surgical committees and Medical Executive Committee," said John A. Zidansek, chief executive officer, Lock Haven Hospital. "We are excited that he will work with us to launch Haven Ear, Nose and Throat and continue to assist patients in the Lock Haven community."
Foulsham is a graduate of the U. S. Naval Academy, Annapolis, Md., and earned his medical degree from the Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University, Philadelphia.
