Local caseworker honored by state for Sandusky work

LOCK HAVEN - Jessica Dershem, a Clinton County Children and Youth caseworker who worked extensively on the investigation of convicted child abuser and former Penn State University assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky, recently received a first-ever statewide award for her efforts.
