r No School Movie Day, 2-4 p.m., with snacks and a free screening of Roald Dahl’s “The Witches” (PG), Centre County Library and Historical Museum, Bellefonte.

r Art exhibit opening of sculpture by Meghan Olson, 5-7 p.m., LHU’s Sloan Fine Arts Gallery.

r Halloween train rides, 6 and 8 p.m., from Bellefonte to Axemann, hosted by the Bellefonte Chamber of Commerce. Each ride lasts about an hour and features a fun parade of spooktacular characters. The rides are family-friendly and costumes are encouraged for all.

r “The Rocky Horror Show — Live on Stage!” 7:30 p.m., Millbrook Playhouse.

r “The Brothers Grimm Spectaculathon One-Act Edition,” 7:30 p.m., LHU’s Countdown Theatre (Room 321 of Sloan).

r Coyotes of Pennsylvania, 8 p.m., Kettle Creek State Park Nature Center.

r Spaghetti dinner, 5-7 p.m., Beech Creek American Legion, Wynn Avenue. The Legion Riders will be serving dinner.

r Christmas in the Barns pre-holiday event, 9 a.m.-4 p.m., Clinton County Fairgrounds. Craft vendors galore will be set up throughout the livestock barns, with food, pictures with Santa, a craft area for kids, a cookie contest and more. r Punkin Chunkin Fall Festival, 10 a.m.-4 p.m., Bald Eagle State Park, featuring pumpkin-throwing machines, vendors, hay rides, mini-launchers, bounce house and more, with free admission and parking; benefits Howard Volunteer Fire Co. Craft vendor information: Lydia, 814-625-2737.

r Fall Foliage Excursions train rides, 10 a.m. and 1 p.m., from Bellefonte passenger station. The 10 a.m. ride goes to Pleasant Gap and back. The 1 p.m. ride goes to Tyrone and back with a one-hour layover in Tyrone. Tickets: www.bhrrtix.org. Kids age 2 and younger, sitting on an adult lap, can ride free.

Items knitted and crocheted by church members will be on display, after which members of the Susquehanna Valley Big Twins Motorcycle Club will distribute the items to area nursing homes, personal care homes and hospitals.
