LOCK HAVEN — The University Players at Lock Haven University will present “The Glass Menagerie” at 7:30 p.m. Feb. 26 through 29 and at 2 p.m. Feb. 29 and March 1 in the Black Box Theater in the Sloan Fine Arts Building, room 321 on the campus of LHU.

The play, written by Tennessee Williams, will be directed by LHU student, Kayla Shutters.

Amanda Wingfield lives in a dingy St. Louis apartment with her son, Tom, and daughter, Laura, who has a physical handicap and debilitating shyness. The father is gone and Tom supports his family with a shoe-factory job. Amanda convinces Tom to bring a “gentleman caller” home for Laura from his workplace and their lives drastically change.
