Economic Partnership Annual Meeting
is September 18
The Clinton County Economic Partnership will hold its annual meeting next Wednesday, Sept. 18, at 7 p.m., at the Best Western Lock Haven.
Five seats on the Partnership Operating Board will be filled by election at the meeting. Daci Killinger, coordinator for Keystone Central School District’s Cooperative Education program, will be the featured speaker, and there will be updates on Partnership activities. Before and after the meeting, the Clinton County Voter Registration office will offer demonstrations on the new County Voting Machines voters will use for the first time in the November election.
River Valley Transit to Host Hiawatha ‘Time Out’ September 19
Join Clinton County Economic Partnership members and guests as River Valley Transit hosts a Partnership ‘Time Out’ on September 19.
The business-after-hours networking event will take place from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. dockside at the Hiawatha Riverboat in Williamsport, followed by an optional cruise up the Susquehanna River. Reservations to participate can be made through the Partnership at 570-748-5782 or email@example.com.
Economic Partnership Annual Dinner
to be held October 15
The Clinton County Economic Partnership’s annual Dinner will be held Tuesday, Oct. 15, at Lock Haven University’s Durrwachter Alumni Conference Center. The organization is excited to welcome Kambiz Damaghi of First Quality Enterprises, Inc. as guest speaker, and to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the formation of the Partnership.

The Central PA Chapter of SCORE, in partnership with the Clinton County Economic Partnership, will hold a ‘Strategic Planning for Nonprofits’ seminar on September 24, and an ‘Increasing Profits/Donations through Strategic Pricing’ seminar on October 29, both at the Partnership office in Lock Haven. PA CareerLink Clinton County, in partnership with the CCEP and the Lock Haven Small Business Development Center, will host an Unemployment Compensation seminar covering the topics ‘Suitable Work’ and ‘Separation Issues’ on September 27. CCEP Holiday Cocktail Party Scheduled for December 11
Save the date and plan to participate in the Clinton County Economic Partnership Holiday Cocktail Party. The event is scheduled for December 11, 5:00 to 7:30 p.m., at the Lock Haven Elks Lodge on Main Street in Lock Haven.
Make time during the holiday season for a fun evening with friends and fellow members of the business community, and enjoy delicious holiday appetizers created by students of the KCSD Culinary Arts Program. Holiday centerpieces will be raffled throughout the evening.
