What is Leadership Clinton County?

Leadership Clinton County (LCC) is a comprehensive leadership development program designed to strengthen its participants by helping them recognize their leadership potential and identify ways they may use their abilities to create a better future for their community. Locally, the program is hosted through the Clinton County Economic Partnership.

Through a series of sessions, and using the community as its classroom, LCC participants exchange ideas and information with established leaders and experts from many fields. They gain first-hand experience about critical issues as they develop the skills necessary to become an effective leader.
