‘Simple Pleasures’ art exhibit to open April 6 in Williamsport

WILLIAMSPORT — The Bald Eagle Art League and Genetti Taphouse Gallery present the art exhibit “Simple Pleasures” by Montoursville artist Theresa Crowley Spitler.

She is the featured BEAL artist for April at the gallery, and her exhibit will be on display from April 6 to May 1.

Spitler uses pastels to create her paintings, but also enjoys sketching with charcoal and graphite. She is a member of both BEAL and the Clinton County Arts Council. Her work has won awards in juried exhibitions and can be seen throughout the area in public galleries and private collections.

She will be present for the opening reception April 6 from 5 to 8 p.m., and will provide original art works available for purchase.

The gallery is in the back room of the Taphouse in the Genetti Hotel and Suites, 200 W. Fourth St.
