Bike give-away for kids
The Clinton County Law Enforcement Association was ready to give away two bicycles at the Children and Youth Festival slated Saturday, March 26, 1994 at Lock Haven University’s Thomas Field House. Kids and teens ages 5 to 15 could sign up for the free drawing a the festival.
