Angel Lights

The Angel Lights luminaries to commemorate Sept. 11, 2001 will return to Triangle Park tonight, even if it rains. Look for the candles lit against the darkness. Each one is in honor of or in memory of soldiers, teachers, loved ones and other people who have had a positive impact on someone’s life. The display is sponsored by the Rotary Club of Downtown Lock Haven.
