On Tuesday, Sept. 25, Lock Haven University held its first “Yappy Hour” dog walk and social event, hosted by LHU President, Robert Pignatello, Amy Molyneux, and their dog, Ralphie. The well-attended walk began at the Riverwalk Beach Overview Pavilion and ended at the Durrwachter Alumni Conference Center Brown Family Patio for refreshments. Canine guests received a special LHU dog treat. Shown above are participants in the event: LHU Alumni Director Ashley Kosher, with son, Clayton, and dog, Marley, at left, and LHU Executive Director of Communications and Community Relations Elizabeth Arnold, her daughter, Willa, and dog, Luke. Below, the dogs and owners take a stroll on the levee walkway. Future Yappy Hours will be held at 5 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 30 and 4 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 27.
