Leadership Clinton County kicks off 19th program


Clinton County gathered recently for an extensive two-day opening retreat to kick-off their training as future leaders of Clinton County. Participants were involved in a variety of communication and team building exercises designed to help them get acquainted, learn trust and understand the importance of effective communication and teamwork. They were also introduced to a personal assessment tool to help them learn more about themselves, others and how to deal in situations where interpersonal relationships are involved.
